      Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1998,It is a new high-tech enterprise of which China Academy of Railway Sciences and China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd. are joint shareholders. Main business of the Company covers research, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of traffic control systems for railways, subways and urban rails, with shares in main national markets of trunk railways and local railways. The Company is located at No.9, Guoyuan Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, and was registered in Harbin High-Tech Development Zone. In September 2016, in order to further strengthen the strength of research and development and market development ability, the Company set up a branch at Xizhimen, Haidian District, Beijing City.The company has passed the certification of CRCC, sil4, ISO / TS 22163, Serbia national railway access and other relevant management systems.

      At present, there are 260 employees in the Company,  15 masters, 205 with a college degree or above, and 115 professionals. In the Company, many young and middle-aged science and technology experts are majored in railway traffic and control engineering or over-speed protection technology, and have won awards of the country, Ministry of Railways, and provinces and cities for many times. All managers of the Company have a college degree or above.

      Over the years, the company has increased the investment continuously in scientific research, and respected the knowledge and the talents to make use of his talents. The company has kept a close eye on the development trends of railway signal control fields in domestic and abroad. The company has established the relationship of cooperation between production teaching and research in high-speed railway and urban rail transit control fields with the units such as Harbin Institute of Technology, etc. to establish the innovation system of the alliance of production teaching and research. Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology has become an enterprise, integrating research and development, manufacture, services of operation control equipment for domestic SD trains, high-speed railways, and urban rail transit together.

      Under the vision of "becoming a world-class rail transit signal company", the Company provides safety guarantee for railway transportation with advanced technology and high-quality products and services. Many achievements in scientific research have been given provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological advancement, and some have been rated as national key new products, first set of products in provincial key areas, and Harbin's famous brand products.

      ZPW-2000R non-insulation frequency-shift automatic block devices, coded devices, JWJ-C2 microcomputer axle counters, and JT-CZ2000kj locomotive signaling equipment which are leading products of the Company have been used by China Railway Harbin Bureau, Shenyang Bureau, Beijing Bureau, Jinan Bureau, Taiyuan Bureau, Xi'an Bureau, Wuhan Bureau, Zhengzhou Bureau, Shanghai Bureau, Nanchang Bureau, Hohhot Bureau, Chengdu Bureau, Guangzhou Railway Group, Tibetan Company, and other group companies. The total application mileage of automatic block exceeds 7500 kilometers; in-station coded equipment has been used in more than 800 stations; axle counters have been applied to more than 800 axle counting points in over 400 stations; and more than 1200 locomotives have been equipped with locomotive signaling equipment.
